New York
My first time ever in New York I was 13 and with my "girls choir". We had sang our way to preform and Carnegie Hall and got to stay at a nice fancy hotel feeling like true divas. On one of our mornings there, someone in the lobby told us Alicia Keys will be preforming two blocks down. We ran down and got to see the idol preform "No One" during its peak on the charts.
Being in New York makes you feel free. It's almost like living in every iconic TV show you've seen from Friends to Madmen. You can go to the Mets steps and pretend to be Gossip Girl for the evening. Then find a rooftop bar and stay there til you see the rays start hitting the skyline, and you realize you somehow made it to Brooklyn. Of course New York isn't all cosmopolitan drinks and Sex In The City heels. It has it's smelly traffic car moments, overly fast hustle culture and some some really over priced hot dog stations... But it has something magical about it, that makes you just adore it's chaos.

New York is a magical, high paced, concrete jungle. It's not for everyone, especially those who enjoy their personal space. But even if you do leave the city and travel just an hour or two up north, the rest of the state will blow your mind away with it's beautiful nature.

8 Awesome Things To Do In Miami

1. Hit South Beach.

2. Check out Disneyworld & Universal Studios (They just opened the Harry Potter Diagon Alley).

3. Go to the Kennedy Space Center (this may sound super geeky but it's so good, especially riding the G4).

4. Rent a car and go see the Caribbean Keys! Along with the torquise beaches, Truman house and an awesome Jamaican style groove. Lots of live music, fun people and crazy nights.

5. See the Everglades National Park and get a boat tour.

6. Check out the Coral Gables - To see some of the fanciest neighbourhoods in all of the US.

7. Go clubbing! There's loads of Latin music and culture (not to mention language), all around the area. This is a place to really get down on the dance floor. Plus Florida knows how to party, with festivals like Ultra (EDM in March), Okeechobee (EDM/Trap in Febuary) and Tortuga (Mainstream/Rap/Pop in April).

8. Hit up Art Basel - The international art affair with galleries from all over the world, and some awesome parties happening at the same time (December).

5 Things Not To Miss In Chicago

1. The Bean

2. The Chicago Science Museum (best in the world in my opinion)

3. The Chicago Art Museum
4. Lincoln Park Zoo

5. Lollapalooza Festival

Plus: Chicago has lots of nightlife, music, events and sports games going on all year round.

Food:

- Chicken Shack

- Blackies Burgers

Honestly the food in Chicago is so varied and good, just by testing out a restaurant you may have a new favorite eating spot. And if you're a rush you can never go wrong with Einstein’s Bagels.

Keep in mind: It does get pretty cold in the winter.
