Microsoft Usability Testing

During my studies I was selected to present to Microsoft usability testings done on the Excel program to the Excel Product Manager. Over 200 people were tested and things were some of our findings:

Users that were tested on (roughly 120):

  • All in their 20’s.

  • Basic knowledge of Excel.

  • Interviews were held on Zoom.
