10 Tips For Healthy Eating

Substitute!
Avodaco for Mayo, Dates for Sugar, Grapes for Candy, Zukkini/Spaghetti squash Pasta. I love using Carob instead of chocolate in oatmeal. Throw Guggiberries (super food) and Bananas (potassium) in there and you got a hell of a healthy (yummy) breakfast!
Time your meals!
Have you dinner 2-3 hours before going to sleep. Sleeping on an empty stomach is a game changer.
Have a cup of water before a meal
To feel fuller faster.
Use smaller plates
For portion control.
Stay away from sweets
Not only because of the calories. Because when the sugar will leave your blood you will get hungry due to the insulin drop, and most likely will eat again.
Roast instead of frying
Frying/ excessive olive oil is extremely unhealthy. Roasting will keep you food clean and nutritious.
Load up those grains and protein
To feel full and build muscle, but don’t overdo it either.
Wine instead of beer
Beer is made out of the worst kinds of carbs you can have. While a glass of red wine once in awhile is actually good for your blood pressure.
Forget the soda
They are just as sugary as a cake. And the urban myth of Cola helping digestion is absolute BS. Instead hydrate and have water, or at least natural juice.
Eat your breakfast the moment you wake up.
Even when you’re not hungry, you will be modifying your wake and eating habits, and be an early riser and eater. That way you dinner will become earlier as well.
Mindful Eating – Lot’s of Chewing
The more you notice quantities, the less you will have. You will also fill up much faster because the food will fill you up while you slowly eat.
