Aviva Martin
After spending a few years working in tech in Israel, I immigrated to the US in my 20s while fleeing a war. My drive, empathy, technical understanding and design thinking quickly transitioned me from a product design role to a leadership one. One of my favorite quotes is:

When I'm not PMing and running Innovation Design Sprints, I do a variety of other things; I run small fashion E-Commerce shop, I practice yoga daily and I love playing sports with friends.
Professional interests include: Process optimization, product design, metrics, the Creator Economy, online shopping, biomimicry and analyzing product features.

Personal interests include: Zoology, video creation, travel, fashion design, meditation, playing violin, going to standup and being nostalgic for SNL circa 2006.
